Changing your name mid-game

There is no chat box in Mexican Train. There is something better for the one thing people actually need to say: your name at the top of your column can be changed at any time, and everybody sees it. “Back in five” is a perfectly good name.

1. Your name at the top of your column is also a way to talk to the table.

2. Click your own name to edit it.

3. Type whatever you like — “Back in five” is a message everybody can see.

4. Press Enter to save it.

5. Everyone sees the change, and your column gives a little wiggle.

6. Change it as often as you like. Three to twenty characters, and be nice.
